TD-1 Tape applicator head
At this moment (2016) all of our tape applicator systems based on the TD-1 tape applicator head.
This tape applicator head usually can use up to 12 mm wide double sided self adhesive tapes from 30cm diameter (500m) roll.
Some custom versions can use 40cm diameter rolls up to 20mm width.
You can lay different tapes with this tape applicator, but can't cut some extra strong tapes well.
This device is controlled pneumatically.
There are left and right (mirrored) heads available.
Tape applicator with rollertable
The TD-1 tape applicator can be mounted on a rollertable. If you want to lay tape from side-to-side on the sheet then it is enough to put an optosensor and a pneumatic valve to controll the head. Some fine adjustment can be made by manual valves to adjust the accurate position of the start and end position of the tape.
If you want to place tape not from side-to-side then you can use two optosensors to set the position.
Tape applicator with friction sheet feed
The tape applicator can be mounted on an automatic sheet feeder to make the work with the device quicker and more comfortable.
This device is actually a return receipt formular making machine but similar machine was used also for making self adhesive envelopes.
Programmable tape applicator with rubber cylinders
It is more accurate and more comfortable to set the tape application positions digitally.
You can place in this way more tape strips in a sheet of paper with one head. After finishing the application of a piece of tape the device can stick more strips on the same sheet.
Programmable tape applicator with a conveyor belt
A conveyor belt offers a better paper forwarding and it is easier to keep clean than the rubber cylinders.
This device is a fully programmable tape applicator with conveyor belt.
You can insert a tape applicator into your existing machine line similarly.
The main usage of this two-sided and tear tape aplicator is packaging.
